Below is a list of common questions about Wasatch Streaming and the Wasatch Mountain Film Festival. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, fill out the contact form at bottom and we’ll get in touch.

About Wasatch Streaming

What is Wasatch Streaming?

Wasatch Streaming is a streaming service that provides access to great outdoor, action sports, and conservation films and documentaries.

Is this site affiliated with the Wasatch Mountain Film Festival?

Yes! Wasatch Streaming is a service offered by the Wasatch Mountain Film Festival to help increase access to our great content. The Wasatch Mountain Film Festival is an annual event organized by Wasatch Mountain Arts, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. All content on this site has been screened at one of our live festivals, or was accepted in the special “Online Screening” category.

What kind of content will I find here?

We feature films and documentaries that focus on outdoor adventures, action sports, conservation, and anything else that helps reconnect us to nature! Some films are only a few minutes long, while others are feature length.

Membership

I bought a ticket to the Wasatch Mountain Film Festival. Does that give me access to this site?

It depends. Tickets to individual screenings do not include access to Wasatch Streaming. However, Festival and VIP pass holders receive a membership with their purchase.

What are the differences between the membership levels?

We currently offer three membership levels:

  • Rewind: 30 day access to all content from the most recent festival
  • Rewind Plus: 1 year access to all content from the most recent festival
  • Member: 1 year access to all content on the site! This includes films from the most recent festival and all previous festivals, plus special online-only screenings

How do I join?

Welcome aboard! Head over here to select your membership level. You will then be taken to the checkout page to finalize your membership.

Technical Issues

I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page. This will allow you to reset your password via the email you used to subscribe.

If you are still having trouble logging in after resetting your password, fill out the contact sheet below and let us know. We’ll get in touch and help get you back online.

Certain films say that I can’t view them at my membership level. How can I get access?

On the video player page, you will see which year the film appeared in our festival. If you are a Rewind or Rewind Plus member, you will only have access to films from the most recent year’s festival. If you would like access to films from previous years, you can upgrade to the Member level.

If you are a Member or are trying to view content from this year’s festival, but are still having trouble, fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we’ll get in touch.

I received a discount code but it isn’t applying at checkout. How can I get my discount?
